Strong client relationships and a commitment to quality are what set us apart. Founder Keenan Hahn framed, roofed, trimmed, and painted every home he built for years, and that hands-on standard still runs through every Hahn home today.

As you build with Hahn Homes, you'll go through five main stages: Concept, Contract, Coordination, Construction, and Completion.

Concept
We begin by listening. During this phase, we learn about your lifestyle, needs, budget, and vision. Together, we design a plan that fits you, right to the last detail.

Contract
Once the design and specifications are finalized, we provide clear pricing and put pen to paper. At this point we have a clear map of what lies ahead.
- 03
Coordination
Selections, schedules, and permits: our team manages every moving part. We guide you through the details and keep everything organized and on track.
- 04
Construction
Watch your dream home take shape before your eyes. Keep up with our online portal and site visits with your dedicated Project Manager.
- 05
Completion
Your home is complete and it is time to move in! This doesn't mean good-bye. Hahn Homes will still be there to ensure a seamless transition into your new home.

Where does Hahn Homes build?
Across Northeast Ohio, including Wadsworth, Norton, Medina, Akron, Copley, Doylestown, Clinton, New Franklin, Portage Lakes, Cuyahoga Falls, Green, Rittman, Sharon Center, Fairlawn, Massillon, and North Canton. We build in our own community at Willow Run at Norton and on land you already own.
Can Hahn Homes build on my own lot?
Yes. Hahn Homes builds fully custom homes on our clients' own land as well as in our Willow Run at Norton community. We manage permits and local approvals, with permits and tap-in fees included up to $5,000. Start with one of our signature plans or bring your own vision.
Do you work with real estate agents?
Yes. We welcome buyers' agents and we pay 3% of the home price. At Willow Run at Norton the home and the homesite are priced separately, and commission is paid on the home price. Let us know you are representing a client before or when they first visit.
How much does a Hahn home cost?
New homes at Willow Run at Norton start in the mid $400s. Home prices for our signature plans start at $372,990 for the Juniper, and homesites are priced separately, from $64,900. Fully custom homes are priced by design; call 330-969-2622 for a conversation.
How long does it take to build?
Homes are move-in-ready approximately 180 days from foundation completion. Along the way you can follow progress in our online client portal and on site visits with your dedicated project manager.
What warranty comes with a Hahn home?
A transferable warranty covering workmanship and materials for 1 year, mechanical systems for 2 years, and structure for 10 years, provided through Quality Builders Warranty and backed by Liberty Mutual.
Can I see a finished home in person?
Yes. Our furnished model home at Willow Run at Norton, 2925 Willow Way, Norton, Ohio 44203, is open Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays by appointment. 11 of the community's 20 homesites are available today.
